Neville Fielke

Neville Fielke FAIC, (FAMI), BEc
An experienced Company Director and Chairman in both public and private companies with an international focus, Neville spent over seven years as CEO and Managing Director of H J Heinz in Australia that extended to Watties in New Zealand and Heinz Japan. He was also CEO and Managing Director of Racing Victoria Ltd and held Senior Divisional, Strategy and Marketing positions at the Fosters Group Limited and the Mars Group of Companies.
Neville has significant hands on corporate advisory and strategic experience in the capital markets for the business services, consumer and retail, food and agriculture, technology and sustainability sectors. He is an independent Non-Executive Director of the publically listed Warrnambool Cheese and Butter and an Advisory Board member for a private family company, Corval-Conga Foods. Neville is also an entrepreneur with ownership of several SME businesses as part of his portfolio.

Greg McPherson

Greg is a chartered accountant and has been extensively involved in the accounting, financial services, property development and investment banking industry for over 35 years.

Greg is an experienced public Company Director with a professional accounting and stock broking background. His expertise includes capital raising in merger and acquisitions, business sales and experience in property development investment including shopping centres, high rise residential development, land subdivision and wholesale property syndication acquisitions.

David Wells

David Wells
David has advised companies in both the private and public sectors in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, the sourcing of capital from the dept and equity markets, capital strategies and reorganisation. David's experience includes hands on management of M & A activities as a senior corporate executive in multinational, private and public companies in Australia as well as over 10 years in international markets.

David's direct experience includes transactions in the food and beverage, medical, agricultural, wine, service, technology and waste industries. He is a Director of an Australian wine company as well as a Director and past President of a leading Australian children's charity. David has completed the AMP program at Wharton Business School.
